About the Hotel

Anantara Hoi An Resort is a sumptuous product of the eclectic cultural mix that makes up Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where merchants from around the world traded and left their imprint on the city. Rooms and suites are housed in two- and three-story French Colonial buildings, where a fusion of European and Asian design sensibilities create a contemporary environment accented by rich wood and splashes of color. Lovely hotel with the best breakfast ever

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Nice welcome upon arrival and the rooms were lovely. Bed was so comfortable and the shower room was excellent. Cleaning staff were so good. Nice pool and gym. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, so much choice and we loved the fresh fruit and so many varieties of nuts. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cycled to nearby beach with bikes from the hotel. Yoga activity available which was very good. Ideally situate not too far from the main Hoi An hustle and bustle. Loved it.

Beautiful, well located hotel with exceptional service and fabulous food. We had a wonderful stay, and our baby was well accommodated by gout. Excellent service from Le in particular - thank you! The riverside room was beautifully appointed and the breakfast buffet catered to western or local tastes. Excellent service from Le in particular - thank you!

Stingy Breakfast Box

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Just left the hotel at 6 am this morning. We have been given a huge breakfast box and we carried it around for two hours to eat at the train. We didn’t buy anymore food because of the huge box we have given. Please look at the size of the sandwich they packed for an adult size human being. They made us carry the huge box with a finger food is making me even more mad. It is a 10 cm sandwich and couple miniature fruit bits that are not even cut or prepared. I would be happier if they wouldn’t offer this at all so I could buy a proper breakfast myself for 2$ from somewhere else. PS: pictures dont show good enough how pathetic of a portion this breakfast is, vs the enormous white boxes we’ve been carrying.

Best in class property and location in the Ancient Town of Hoi An.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The property is extremely clean and well maintained considering the limited space in the Ancient Town vicinity. The Riverfront vantage zone offers one a constant kaleidoscope of changing landscape with a variety of different types of boats, water based activities, trading of seafoods and in the evenings the floating colours of lanterns and boats with lights of every colour one can imagine zipping through. The 3 separate Happy Hours are well spaced out across 3 bars and the food in both restaurants offer a great selection. There are plenty of quaint bars and eateries, all in short walking distances apart from as much clothes and footwear shopping one can possibly load up on. The Spa is a given. Great concierge service for all local spots to tick off. One must not miss the Memories Show held in the dedicated Memories Land, a short bridge hop across. Breakfast is excellent value.
